Oil Paper Gasket

Oil Paper Gasket

In addition to cellulose and vegetable fiber gaskets, paper gaskets are also referred to as oil paper gaskets. Cellulose fiber is bonded with nitrile rubber to form the material. For gasketing applications requiring low temperatures and moderate pressure, paper gaskets are commonly employed.

Oil, petroleum, water, alcohol, and grease are not obstacles to it. For medium-rated applications, it is the most cost-effective solution for gaskets. In automotive, marine, industrial, and agricultural applications, it is extensively utilized in gasoline pumps, oil filters, water pumps, oil pumps, and carburetors, among others. Poor resistance to heat and chemicals is evident.

Paper gaskets, which Gruvfix produces and distributes, are utilized in an extensive variety of sealing applications. Gruvfix enables the complete fabrication of paper gaskets, from prototypes to large-scale runs.

These gaskets are manufactured with the utmost precision in dimensions through the use of CNC-designed instruments for punching. Every paper gasket that we produce is tailored to the specifications of the customer.
